An expert in corporate law and estate planning, Sean Foster helps clients optimize tax benefits, asset protection, and wealth succession.

His areas of practice include business planning, asset sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, regulatory and reporting compliance, estate and gift-tax planning, asset protection planning, wills and trusts, and probate and trust administration.

He also has extensive experience in the economic incentive programs for businesses relocating to and operating in the Caribbean.

Founder of Marjorie Rawls Roberts, P.C., Jorie advises on taxation, corporate and securities law, estate planning, and business law in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

She counsels clients on Opportunity Zones and works closely with the USVI Economic Development Commission and the Research & Technology Park, helping secure tax incentives that drive investment and employment across the territory.

With a background in Chemistry and a Master's in Business Administration (Accounting), Desirée brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and business insight to the legal field. Known for her natural problem-solving skills, she enjoys tackling complex challenges and delivering practical, effective solutions.

Outside of work, you'll often find Desirée at the beach, exploring nature, or savoring a good cup of coffee—usually with a dog (or two) by her side. A strong believer in balance, she values both precision in the office and peace in the outdoors.
